David S. Corwin

Attorney David Corwin maintains a broad practice in civil trial matters representing individuals and entities that have suffered economic or personal injury (including brain injury and wrongful death cases). David's practice involves the representation of clients before state and federal trial and appellate courts and administrative tribunals in virtually all areas of personal injury, medical malpractice trucking and product liability cases. He has substantial experience handling commercial disputes, including breach of contract, real estate, anti-trust, lender liability, class action, consumer fraud, patent infringement and trademark cases.

He represents the economically disadvantaged including individuals and small businesses against large corporations, banks and insurance companies. David is a frequent lecturer on trial practice.

David's extensive trial practice involves the management and handling of all aspects of litigation including discovery, (electronic management of thousands of documents at a time), pre-trial motions, and numerous bench and jury trials. He has handled all aspects of appeal and has appeared before the Missouri Court of Appeals and the 7th and 8th U.S. Circuit Courts of Appeals.
